Berg aktiv is a varied fitness and vitality programme for all ages. Come rain or shine, this programme is available free of charge to all guests of Berg aktiv member establishments in Gerlos from 23 June to 20 September 2024.

Gerlos Berg aktiv

Berg aktiv is a varied fitness and vitality programme for all ages. Come rain or shine, this programme is available exclusively to all guests at the 21 member establishments from 23 June to 20 September 2024 (always Sunday to Friday)! Hiking in Gerlos, from easy beginner hikes to challenging “tight calves tours”. High ropes course, mountain bike tours, canyoning are just as much a part of the programme as themed hikes and interesting lectures.

For some activities there is a contribution towards expenses. Sturdy shoes are necessary for all hikes. Please note that fitness is a prerequisite for the high mountain tours. The bikes for the bike tours and also the mountain boots, rainwear, backpacks and telescopic poles can be hired on site from Gerlos sports shops.
