Gerlos high ropes course
The high ropes course is a series of elements built in trees at a height of 10 to 15 metres. This ropes course is like an obstacle course consisting of ropes, wires and trees. A special course with 21 child-friendly sections has been set up for young visitors with a great variety of activities. Children who are 105 cm or taller can explore the course with their parents, having fun – and developing their sense of balance while they’re at it – at heights of 5 metres.
Durlassboden reservoir
The large Durlassboden high mountain lake is a popular destination during the summer months. Swimming is possible on the sunbathing lawn on the left shore of the lake with barbecue facilities. The water temperatures reach up to 21°C in summer. A special kind of experience at over 1,400 m above sea level!
Sailboats, surfboards and pedal boats can also be hired here. On a circular hike around the Durlassboden reservoir, there are several places to stop for refreshments, including the “Seestüberl”, where fishing day tickets can also be purchased. This lake circuit is also very popular with mountain bikers and rewards every effort with fantastic panoramic views.
Arena Coaster
Thrills for the whole family
The Arena Coaster doesn’t just thrill the kids: fun, action and speed await you on the alpine roller coaster in Zillertal. The 1,450 m of coaster fun starts at the bottom station in Zell and is THE year-round attraction for all ages with several waves, steep curves and jumps. A 360° gyro and a 540° gyro provide an additional adrenaline rush.
At the bottom station of the Arena Coaster, which promises thrills for the whole family, the adventure playground offers a large kingdom for little climbers, sliders, jumpers and swingers. The big trampoline facility gets all ages jumping.
