Our house is idyllically situated 1000m above sea level, in Gerlosberg, in the midts of the Zillertal Alps, 3.5 km away from Zell am Ziller.

The Pension Schösserhof in the Zillertal Valley is the ideal place for anyone looking to get away from it all and enjoy vacation with the whole family. We pamper our guests with friendly, personal service in a great natural setting.

Our Pension, situated in a quiet location with stunning views of the Zillertal Alps, is an original alpine farm house, maintained as it was in earlier times. We are happy to show your family everyday life on a farm in the Tyrol. You can visit the children's farm with its many small animals and also help with the milking and feeding. We have a playground for children. All our guests enjoy our garden for sun bathing with panoramic views of the Zillertal Alps and a barefoot relaxation path on our lawn.

A true Zillertal farmer, of whom only few remain, always has his own distillery. It's a real insider tip to get hold of a schnapps from the Schösserhof, and Marianna Schweiberer gladly invites you on an interesting visit to the distillery to try a welcoming glass of schnapps!
In our cozy country inn we spoil our guests with breakfast and dinner - of course, with our own products. We offer WiFi throughout the hotel for a fee.

Our double and single rooms are made of wood and loving attention to detail, and each has a shower and toilet. The fresh mountain air, the pleasant scent of wood and the great holiday activities on offer mean you will sleep like a log. For families and groups with 4-6 people we rent a spacious, comfortable Tyrolean style apartment with two balconies. It consists of a bathroom with a shower and double sinks, a separate toilet, and a cozy fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffeemachine, oven and an electric stove.

The Schösserhof is an ideal starting point for small and large circular walks in the Kreuzjochgebiet of the Zillertal Arena with rest and refreshment opportunities on various alpine pastures.
By car, you can reach popular destinations such as the Zillertal High Road, the Krimml Waterfalls and the "Golden Roof" in Innsbruck.
