Our comfortably furnished house is located west of Zell with a wonderful view of Zell and the upper Zillertal. We are 500 m from the main street and a 15-minute walk from the town of Zell am Ziller. The Zell amusement park with outdoor pool, children's playground, tennis courts, ice skating rink and a modern bowling alley can be reached from us in 10 minutes on foot via a newly built pedestrian bridge. In winter, a ski bus runs 4 times in the morning to the valley station of the Zillertal Arena and back again in the afternoon.

B 169 – Exit „Zell Nord“ through the center after that you have to drive about the bridge and than turn left, after 500 m you take the right way “Auffahrt Zellberg” – after 500 m you can see our house on the right side at the forest
