Gasthof Waldrast

On the quiet outskirts of Zell im Zillertal you will find our friendly guesthouse "Gasthof Waldrast". We welcome you and your family to your holiday destination located at the foot of the Rohrberg mountain, 15 minutes from the town center of Zell. At our cozy guesthouse we offer 3 comfortable double rooms, a room with several beds and a fully equipped apartment. All our rooms are pleasantly furnished and equipped with LCD TV, and some have a balcony with stunning views of the Zillertal mountains. Our guests are welcome to indulge in either breakfast or half board. Upon request, this also applies to guests of our apartment. All guests may also take advantage of our Tyrolean style lounge room. The spacious apartment caters for a family with 4-5 people, and has a kitchen with a large dining area, two bedrooms with a balcony and a bathroom. We will be happy to provide you with fresh bread rolls from our bread service on request. You can spend the day at our Café Restaurant Waldrast, where we offer delicious international and Tyrolean cuisine for lunch and dinner. In fine weather, you can sample the delights on our large terrace while your children play on the playground in the garden. In winter, Zell im Zillertal offers easy access to a variety of winter walks, cross-country skiing and the numerous slopes of the Zillertal Arena. Our Guesthouse Waldrast is located only 500 meters away from the valley station of the Zillertal Arena, which means the skiing fun is only minutes away. Zell am Ziller, along with the Zillertal Arena, also offers many great summer activities for all ages: there is hiking, horseback riding, rafting, climbing, biking and tennis. The Arena Coaster, the highlight of Zell Region, is just 500m away. This summer toboggan run offers fun for the whole family, and for the little ones there is a wonderful playground. The amusement park with its swimming pool is located in the center of Zell and is easily accessible from our guesthouse Waldrast. For keen walkers the pleasure starts right outside the front door.
