Our Holiday cottage " Georg " with 3 flats is in sunny, quiet and nevertheless central Situation in Zell/Ziller with view of green meadows. 

The cottage disposes of a nice garden which to the free use zB. to the barbecue, badmintons or simply to are relaxing.

Directhly before the garden a sidewalk leads you at 3 minutes in the local centre, leisure park, swimming-pool, shops, restaurant, bank or to the barkers for fresh bread rolls ( also of sunday). You reach from the north side of the house at 2 minutes the ski bus stop, 500m to the supermarket, 1km to the Zillertal arena, cross-country skiing cross-country trail and footpaths. A lockable garage, boiler-room and ski shoe dryer are available.

"Winter sports friends" are glad about optimum skibus connect  to the Zillertal arena as well as to the railway station.
