Traffic and Arrival Information for Guests

The (toll) detour traffic via the B 181 Achensee Road towards the Inn Valley consistently causes significant traffic issues in the affected Achensee region up to Wiesing on the main travel days in winter.

Plan ahead - Before starting your journey, use a Route planner to find the optimal path for your drive. Ensure you select the option for the fastest route without excluding any roads or allow your car's navigation system to choose the best route - including toll roads. This helps save time and contributes to alleviating congestion on heavily used detour routes like the B 181 at Achensee. The toll required for the use of the A12 is digital and available as a day pass (€ 8.50 for cars - see https://www.asfinag.at/maut-vignette/vignette/).

Getting here by air
