Our family-run guesthouse is located in the heart of a remarkable landscape, in the Zillertal valley. At any time of the year, you can experience nature and regional culture with us. In no time, you will forget your everyday worries and switch to relaxation.

We offer rooms with a regional breakfast and, upon request, a traditional dinner.

In our wine cellar, we also have selected fine wines from Austria ready for you!

Singles, couples, and families are always welcome here. Our visitors appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of our house. Many among them have become loyal regular guests over the years.

The ski bus stop is only 100m away and will take you to the entrance of the Zillertal Arena. With 143 kilometers of pistes guaranteed to have snow, all your wishes will be fulfilled.

From Zell am Ziller turn at the Gasthof Kröller left, follow the street ca. 200 m and turn left again (across the bridge), afte the ‘Wassererhof’ you’ll find our house.
