WELCOME TO THE ZILLERTAL NATURE PARADISE

Our house is situated in a quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller. Surrounded by a friendly farm, a large meadow and every now and then the old steam railway whistles past.

In our flats and suites you can enjoy the most modern comfort and at the same time a cosy atmosphere thanks to the traditional style of the architecture and furnishings. Each flat has an 8 metre long balcony or terrace with garden. And despite the special location, the village centre, ski area and leisure park are just a few minutes' walk away.

Right next to our flat house is our family-friendly farm. There's lots for the children to discover and that's where our delicious milk and all sorts of other delicacies from the farm come from.

There is now plenty for children to experience in the newly opened play area: On hot days, they can cool off in the swimming pool. Little racers can enjoy the thrill of the go-kart track. Adventurers can explore the farm and the countryside on our children's bikes. You can have fun and experience adventure!

Zell - the historic heart of the Zillertal - is also the ideal starting point for hikes, excursions and cycle tours in the Zillertal Alps. The attraction in Zell is certainly the ingenious Arena Coaster, a 1,450 metre long toboggan rollercoaster with wild steep bends, jumps, waves and roundabouts, pure action fun for young and old.
